JobDescription	Responsibilities: * Lead New Product Introduction design effort for a critical Industrial business program. * Define solution and vehicle interface for ultra fast charging station * Lead Design, Safety, and Manufacturing Reviews, assuring all metrics are met. * Develop documentation for all new designs. * Work closely with marketing and business teams to insure new product opportunities address consumer and business needs. * Lead reliability and Chief Engineer approval effort. * System integration of new technologies into existing product lines.
JobRequirements	Qualifications: * BS Electrical Electronic Engineering. * Power Electronics expertise AC /DC * Experience in different batteries technologies and charging protocols * EVSE infrastructure knowledge * EVSE standard knowledge on AC/DC * Six Sigma Certified. * Reliability Trained - DFR. * Minimum 4 years experience leading design projects. *Strong technical background and hands-on approach projects * Strong communication and personal skills. * Knowledge of new product introduction process. * Regulatory agency approval experience(mainly IEC/NEMA/UL).
