Description
The Auxilliary Systems Engineer is responsible for:

· building up standard design concepts and specifications Steam Turbine auxilliary system scope
- oil unit
- gland steam system
- drain system
- condenser, flash box
- heaters
- pumps
- by-pass stations
- valves
- enclosures
- insulations
- others
· define scope and P&ID's of auxilliary systems in tendering phase
· considering all codes and standards in tendering and project execution
assess and negotiate offers together with procurement with suppliers
· define control system requirements and create flow logic diagrams.
· create equipment schedules, valve lists etc.
· be able to analyse system faults and identify solutions.
· represent clients interest with Authorities and Independent Third Parties

This role is a hands on position with may interfaces. The Candidate must be able to work in a small international oriented team.
Promote the interests and image of the Company at all times and behave according to the client Code of Ethics and Values
To act according to the regulatory requirements of those bodies to which the organisational unit wishes to be accredited, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025.
To act according to defined Environmental, Health and Safety instructions, including general and company own rules.
To undertake any other duty and responsibility as may be required by the Line Manager

Qualifications

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through experience.
