JobTitle Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
JobDescription Responsibilities:
-Co-ordinate and communicate to set the most efficient PPM and fault resolution plans based upon associate skill, availability and workload.
-Co-ordinate & control the daily activities to achieve department and business plan objectives.
-Examine Daily & Weekly checks and inspections for degradation of plant or performance
-Set plans and delegate activities to investigate degradation of plant and analysis cause and effect
-Oversee Thermal Imaging and vibration based condition based monitoring activities ensuring that data is collected, analysed and acted upon effectively.
-Communication/Information control to team.
-Liaise & communicate with Genba departments.
-Control the Equipment efficiency target.
-Set out the process maintenance conditions.
-Set the process maintenance inspection method.
-Countersign & control all 5 why issues raised with corrective countermeasures.
-Manage the appraisal system for your team.
-Plan & Control all weekend working plan set by Thursday prior to weekend & confirmation of works carried out.
-Direct & check shutdown maintenance plan / work.
-Establish a plan to reduce start-up losses.
-Manage & analyse the Equipment efficiency data.
-Support the maintenance teams in carrying out Equipment maintenance & improvements.
-Plan & control all contractor work sheets & risk assessments.
-Issue, control & improve the PPM schedules as detailed in Planner.
-Manage/Implement the spares control, issue & re-supply.
-Promote continuous improvement throughout the department.
-Assign right person right job.
